Small group coaching sessions will return in September 2022! Add your name to the waitlist to be notified first when registration opens.

Hey there! 👋 If you’re ready to find connection with other ADHD women, gain clarity about how your incredible brain best operates, and get “unstuck”  — then it would be my privilege to have your back on this journey!

These sessions will be dedicated groups of 6 women with ADHD* who will join together for 4 weekly online group sessions plus a 1:1 session with Katy to commit to the following:

  1. Connection, support, and friendship with other incredible women with ADHD

  2. A greater understanding of who you are and what settings and structures help you best operate

  3. Goal setting, intention setting & accountability with peers, articulating what you most need as a woman with ADHD, and how to get there.

With Katy guiding you and acting as your "ADHD midwife" and certified coach, you'll be carving out the space and time for the kind of connection and fellowship we crave as women with ADHD. During these 4 weeks, you will have the chance to help yourselves and each other identify obstacles & create strategies to help you lean into your strengths and finally feel unstuck!

Includes:

  • 4 weekly online group sessions (60 min each)

  • A 1:1 session with Katy (60 min)

  • Automatic membership in the Women & ADHD online community

  • ongoing email support for check-ins and accountability

* These groups are open to all adults who identify as women or were socialized as girls, and have been formally diagnosed with ADHD or are self-diagnosed with ADHD.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

★★★★★

Katy's group coaching exceeded my expectations. It felt validating that many other women have a lot of the same struggles as me, I am not making them up, I am not lazy. I really enjoyed the camaraderie.

★★★★★

I would 100% recommend this to others. I appreciated that our group was full of women who were recently diagnosed, so we were all going through similar stages of reflection. I'm not sure how Katy found such lovely people, but I really did feel a strong connection to our group members!

★★★★★

It was such a positive experience being able to open up and be vulnerable with others without fear of judgment. I enjoyed meeting and connecting with the other women in the group. Katy is an excellent leader and provided so much insight every week.
