Praise for Katy’s group coaching:

"This group feels like one of the most supportive things I have ever done for myself."

It really was beyond my expectations! So nice to be with other women who ‘get it,’ and most powerful to see how much I have to contribute. I walked away with new resources shared by the other members, and some longer-term friendships, too!

I would 100% recommend this to others. I appreciated that our group was full of women who were recently diagnosed, so we were all going through similar stages of reflection. I'm not sure how Katy found such lovely people, but I really did feel a strong connection to our group members!

Loved it! This course has opened up a new world of hope. The group support and understanding have made me see a whole new set of opportunities in the future. I have a new set of tools and insight.

I loved all the women that were a part of it. I loved that it was a good mix of strategies to implement, but also just talking and getting to know the other women and what they are going through.

I have absolutely seen positive change and I’m happy to credit Katy’s coaching group! It’s so important to connect with others who understand your struggles, but the real world doesn’t provide many such opportunities. That’s what this group provided for me, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate!

Katy’s group coaching exceeded my expectations. It felt validating that many other women have a lot of the same struggles as me, I am not making them up, I am not lazy. I really enjoyed the camaraderie.

It’s been fascinating to learn and discuss how women with ADHD have unique challenges, not simply as women in a male-dominated world, but as women with ADHD. I’ve found all the tools and tasks Katy provided to be helpful.

I loved our group discussions! Katy created a comfortable and safe space for us to share our feelings. The weekly format really motivated me to plan out my week and to feel accountable to myself to accomplish some of my goals for the week. I am really grateful for Katy’s compassion and empathy. Thank you for helping me stretch and grow!

It was such a positive experience being able to open up and be vulnerable with others without fear of judgment. I enjoyed meeting and connecting with the other women in the group. Katy is an excellent leader and provided so much insight every week.

I loved meeting everyone & hearing about their stories & struggles — it's been amazing to meet my people. I highly recommend Katy's coaching. It is my impression that Katy knows all there is to know about ADHD, is super bright and observant, shows great empathy and has a great sense of humor. ... I have gained so much insight over the last five weeks. As someone else in the group said: It is as if something has shifted. I understand my own dynamics and inner workings much better — and I continually have new a-ha moments.
