I've spent the last 10 years coaching women to improve their mindset so they can finally recognize and lean into their gifts and abilities.
I'm an author & public speaker, as well as a certified holistic health coach (INHC) and a certified yoga instructor (200 hr RYT). I live in the Hudson Valley, NY, with my husband, two children, our dog, and two cats. Before coaching, I spent 15 years as a newspaper editor & designer. I'm currently pursuing an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling ('26).
I'm also the host of the Women & ADHD podcast, ranked among the top 0.5% of all podcasts globally.

The investment in 1-on-1 coaching reflects the personalized attention and tailored strategies you’ll receive to help you achieve results. By committing to this process, you’re not just paying for sessions — you’re investing in tools, guidance, and ongoing support designed to transform how you manage your ADHD. Katy's coaching rates start at $299 for a 90-minute intake session. During this session, we will discuss your unique goals, challenges, and coaching needs, and together we will create a coaching plan that works best for your needs. If we decide to work together, Katy offers 3-month packages, with either weekly coaching (10 sessions for $1,999) or monthly coaching (4 sessions for $899). Sessions are 50 minutes each.
Following an initial intake session, we offer an introductory coaching package of 4 weekly sessions (50 min each) in order to get a sense of what you're capable of accomplishing with consistent 1:1 support! After that, we recommend working together weekly for at least 3 to 6 months to fully implement the strategies we develop. However, we understand that everyone’s situation is different, and together we can tailor the plan to fit your life and availability.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Therapists are trained to explore relational and emotional health, whereas coaches are trained to assist you in developing practical goals and strategies to reach them. Together, we create your personalized plan to help you thrive with ADHD in your day-to-day life.
