Hi, I’m Tory! My goal is to help you understand how ADHD shows up in your life and face the reality of living with it head on. Once we’ve practiced acceptance together we can begin to collaborate and iterate.
With me as your coach you will create personalized tools, systems and powerful reframing techniques that will help you feel partnered with your ADHD rather than ruled by it.
I know how impactful it can be to have someone who really, TRULY gets it — both the struggles and the strengths that come with ADHD. That’s why I’m so passionate about coaching adults who are ready to work with their brain instead of against it.
I'm a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) training to become a Mentor Coach. I'm credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
When I’m not coaching, you will find me in the mountains trail running, camping, competing in downhill mountain bike races or just absorbing nature with my Belgian Malinois Joie (“joy”) by my side.
With a lifetime of personal, anecdotal, and professional experience, you can trust I am fully equipped to walk beside you no matter what path you're on.

I am an independent contractor and work in technology and have been working with Tory for maybe the last 6 months.
